Our brains serve to help us survive. In utero, as soon as our brains begin to function, we begin to imprint with information. Each imprint supports a belief. Because most of our beliefs were formed in our youth, they are unconscious. Self-awareness lets us get clear on our imprints, beliefs, and connections.
In just the last ten years, research has enlightened us on the brain’s ability to make new connections and to even compensate for damage in extraordinary ways. We can actually change our brains, our emotions, our behaviors, our beliefs.
